A lap is hard work in the blistering south of Spain sunshine – 25 corners and over 5 kilometers, it is not only the drivers who are working hard, the brakes are tested too! This weekend will be the first time that Renger has raced on this track and despite being the 3rd street race on the F1 calendar, it is the first for GP3.

“I am looking forward to racing in Valencia, I have never driven on this street circuit. I spent some time in the simulator which is always a good help and insight into the track but nothing beats driving on it for real,” said the 24 year old Dutch racer.

“It has not been the start I wanted in championship and I really need to gets some points on the board, obviously the big numbers would be nicer! There is no doubt that it will be tight out there with 30 cars on a street track so qualifying well will be crucial,” added the RSC Mucke Motorsport driver.
